We gladly accept all major credit cards, check, cash, and Carecredit.
Payment is due in full at time of all services.
Payments made with CareCredit must meet the following criteria:
- CareCredit Accountholder must be listed as a client on account.
- Accountholder must present two forms of identity for every transaction (one can be the card itself).
- Accountholder must be present to sign.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by text, phone or email so that we may offer that appointment time to another pet needing care.
We will charge a missed appointment fee for each pet with less than 1 hour notice or no notice at all.
Missed Appointment with Veterinarian - $70
Missed Appointment with Technician - $28
After a second missed appointment, you will be asked to pre-pay for all services prior to scheduling.
